Public option has an actual chance of passing. It seems more realistic.

:mjlol: Pass it and have the GOP take Congress for the next 6 to 8 years.
Public option already died once. The difference is M4A has a movement behind them that believes health care is a right. So you're fighting on different fronts with this. I can agree that bargining from M4A to a PO is a reasonable stance. But if you start at giving the health insurance industry a leg up I believe you lose from the jump.

These Castro questions are from republican agents. They want to blur the minds of the average uneducated redneck and label Bernie a "socialist". Since that word has been viewed negatively since the 1950s. They don't realize that his ideas have been successfully implemented in modern developed democratic countries.

Uncertain grounds
I agree with bernie on castro

So do i

Its ok to acknowledge when questionable/bad people do a decent/good thing. Its not realistic to just say everything someone does is bad. Doesnt paint a proper or full picture of a person to disregard certain things to suit an agenda

Its 2020. Not the same times. The demand to expand and protect Obamacare is stronger. More moderates would support a public option over M4A.
