What are you talking about? I didn't say you in particular. Bernie Bros as a monolith more often than not choose only to contextualize situations to the benefit of Mr.Sanders. I ain't gonna give a pat in the back to the 1 or two of yall that are able to contextualize outside of the cult of Mr Sanders. Good for you.

Breh, you were talking to me. I can't be responsible for what other people did somewhere. If you have a problem with someone else doing shyt out of context then talk to them about it when they do it.

This thread was pretty good until the last couple weeks and now its straight fallen to shyt. We're in danger of being totally useless pretty soon. Don't add to it.

Last few pages I've been posting nothing but truth, with receipts, in context. And multiple people are talking like explaining things and understanding nuance is somehow bad. "But Bernie is a millionaire" is not a good argument, and no one has explained why it would make sense as an argument, and when we put meat on our position we're getting attacked for not arguing solely at the level of 144 character catchphrases. It's a bad look.

Bloomberg was Mayor if NYC for 12 years, negotiating of the city unions giving city employees contract raises ain’t helping common folk? You can spin shyt all you want but it shows he sits at the table for contract negotiating... Trump cut federal employees pay right?

No matter people can point to Bloomberg being Mayor of NYC for 12 years and can criticize and scrutinize his record... bet you he’s gotten more done than Bernie has as a senator for VT...
Oh so you can advocate for people financially worse off? Or is it only Bloomy can or only Bernie can't?
And no answer on who you plan to vote for if Bernie is the nominee? Welcome to Trumpset I guess. :ld:

Isn't the plan in NY state essentially what was offered by Hillary in 2016?

Yes, Cuomo chose to go with a cutoff for qualification rather than making it open to everyone. I understand the argument for both sides, and wouldn't be surprised if Bernie continues his "for all" narrative throughout the campaign in order to make the biggest tent possible, but then it ends up being a Clinton-like plan that gets through Congress.

But everyone knows Clinton only offered that plan (in July 2016) to woo Bernie's supporters and build off the public support and momentum that Bernie created. There's a reason that Cuomo (a Clinton supporter who endorsed Clinton over Bernie) chose Bernie and not Clinton to launch the program in NY both before and after the bill was passed. Bernie was the face of the movement, he was the one who inspired the drive for free tuition, he's the reason there was enough public support to make it happen, and Cuomo both took advantage of that and honored him for it.

duncan the tall, memphitocles, and skyfall all hit the thread (as well as each primary and debate thread) hard with with bernie conspiracy/anti warren tweets, FAH and Tru Mac can go on bernie benders as well...but since every hates nap, he's the only one who draws ire...

Can't speak on all names, but FAH and Tru M.a.c. were the two who came to mind when I mentioned sharing tweets that link to either articles or videos. There's a substance layered in there. I think Skyfall is who I quoted earlier with the NYT article. I've seen yall go in on Duncan and Meph in the debate threads in quoted stuff, but I'm usually not in those threads until the morning when I'm ranking performances so I always catch the tail end of those.

Bare in mind though, I stan Warren and hate on her advisors. I've defended her from unfair hits occasionally too (I think I just told someone yesterday not to let Nap drag him into bashing Warren and alienating people).

Bruh....wtf? I made a general post about Bernie bros juelzing and about not fukking with the coalition. You quoted said post unsolicited and started talking about context. I replied with another post generally speaking about Bernie Bros lack of ability to contextualize situations that aren't disadvantageous to Bernie.

If you feel you are not a part of the crew that I'm talking about that's cool but I never asked you to be responsible for what other people did or anything like that. If your feeling defensive about my assertions about the larger coalition than that's kind of tough shyt. It's not my priority to make you feel like your different from the folks I'm talking about. If what I'm saying doesn't apply to you than cool. I'm just going off my experience with the majority of Bernie Supporters

Bernie's going to run 3rd party run after he doesn't secure enough delegates :ehh:
With Warren running as democratic candidate :wow:

When they pick her at the brokered convention after she loses her home state to Bernie and puts up Pete numbers in SC :wow:

Millionaire/Billionaire scare tactics probably top 5 worst fights for the democratic party right now. In the land of opportunity for everyone you shouldn't have that much money you shouldn't have that much access :unimpressed:.

Breh, you made a post about Bernie Bros and the EXACT subject that I was talking about at the moment and referred to providing context as "juelzing". Then when I pointed out that the context was valid and not juelzing, you went with, "sure, but y'all don't give context when it's not about Bernie." The when I pointed out that I always give context no matter what I'm talking about, you're like, "Well, maybe when I say y'all I don't mean you specifically." So what's the point?

What are you really getting out of taking the conversation in this direction anyway? Like I said earlier, this thread was pretty good until a couple weeks ago, and now it's gone to shyt. We're having the worst arguments. You're attacking what people were saying without giving any argument for why it was even wrong, but based on the vague suggestion that some unnamed people making the argument will speak differently on some unnamed other topic in some unknown other situation.

It's literally a waste of time and doesn't get us anywhere.

believe Jews who claim their broke brehs :mjlol:

if Bernie ain’t apart of Vermont then why run as a us senator for the state? You calling me dumb yet you don’t see he represent the people of the state of Vermont which means he has influence in the local politics of the state and can secure funding for projects..

You do know New York State has free undergrad tuition free college now right?
you are the low information voter.

Straight from Flatbush
"Where you started" is not the reason the wealth is immoral (well, it can be a reason, but not the ONLY reason). It's because the degree of power and control it gives you is insane. Bloomberg went from $4 billion to $35 billion WHILE he was mayor of NYC, WHILE there was a recession going on, WHILE he was openly saying that he was making the city as billionaire-friendly as possible and that taxing rich people was "a stupid idea".

Bloomberg has more wealth than the poorest 100 million Americans combined. Because of his wealth, Bloomberg could literally buy an illegal 3rd term as mayor. He literally buys endorsements. He can personally end the careers of people who oppose him. You should not have that kind of power. Bernie has never had any power like that.

You gotta be a sick fukker to bring up the "real estate boom" as a good point, he literally chose rich developers over poor folk and both poverty and homelessness increased tremendously while he was mayor. It's the literal reason why people with his kind of wealth and power shouldn't have that kind of control. Read the article, he was callous as fukk toward a little homeless black girl.

you hate to see it :manny:

and I’m not a “sick fukker” I’m just drawing a contrast of what Bloomberg can point too being a chief executive against trump vs what trump is going to call Bernie a communist if he gets the nom
