Yup. I don't know if everybody got too comfortable or just assume they can it on when they want to, but all the luck from last year isn't carrying over to this year. You can't keep playing to keep the game close and assume you'll pull through in the end. Not sure what changed after that 3-4 weeks of the offense looking dominant. Last couple of weeks can blame the OL being hurt. Today no excuses.
And fukk Jawaan Taylor with all them fukk ups today. At this point I'd rather them try out Jaylen Moore in that spot.

FIRE MATT NAGY, our offense has been shyt since he's been OC, and if you disagree you're either dumb or in denial. Do we have goldfish memory or something, do you not remember when chicago sports fans from every sport (basketball fans too) would chant"Fire Nagy" when he destroyed the Bears franchise. He's an awful coach and he's poisoned this legendary team. He is the problem period, get rid of him before he taints Mahomes legacy even more.
Andy isn’t gonna leave 60 plus million on the table but they really need to pawn Nagy off on someone and get an outside voice in the building. Multiple 3rd & shorts with Kareem damn near averaging 5 yards a carry and he’s trying to throw wheel routes. Everything is stale as hell. shyt got gritty in the second half and the only two players I saw with grit at the skill positions were the uncs aka Travis and Kareem.
Also I can’t keep stalking him out. Pat is missing too many deep throws. You have to hit Xavier Worthy on that first throw. You just have too man.
Defense needs a reset and honestly if you can get a 1st and a third we probably need to trade Trent as much as it would suck.

I thought that play was on Worthy. Xavier briefly decelerates when he looks back for the football which I thought was the difference between an overthrow and a catch. It's times like that where I think Bieniemy is most missed. Supposedly the playcalling has always gone through Andy, but discipline on the field is where Bieniemy is needed. He would get on people's asses and we'd see more consistency on things like route running or even for Pat. I also think he'd be more willing to challenge Andy for bad playcalling.
We saw some issues last year, but the Chiefs were able to win some close games with some very fortunate breaks. It looks like they aren't getting those same breaks this year. I'm really surprised with their performance this season.
It sounds crazy to say this, but the game against the Colts might actually be a "must win" for the Chiefs. They really hurt themselves losing to the Bills, Chargers, and Jaguars as they all hold the head to head tiebreaker against the Chiefs right now. That remaining schedule does not look easy.

Cowboys (Not a great team, but they do have offensive firepower)
Texans (Fighting for a playoff spot)
Chargers (Divisional game with a team that wants to eliminate the Chiefs from contention)

Broncos

I want to see Nagy gone, but i still don't know who exactly runs the offense because weekly i hear both of them call plays, so i don't know. But the one person i really want to see gone after this see for sure is Dave Toub. Our special teams is dogshyt. Has been dogshyt for a few years now. And it doesn't help that the refs are now calling rules that nobody has ever seen before on the chiefs Special teams like a double team block or a block in the back by the kicking team on a punt. But yeah, he gotta go.
Also, the Chiefs need to fire a few position coaches. WR coach and DL coach to be specific. Somehow bums on other teams manage to make circus catches while our guys end up bobbling little pitch and catch passes from Pat. Teams miss their #1 DB and somehow you can't even tell when they play the Chiefs.
