Over 24 players isn’t good from past experience

why ; what happen … i remember 2 season ago in best ball
me & a few others had weeks where a starter wasn’t available because of injuries or their team was on bye
so I don’t understand why the more bench players would be a problem. It’s more of a security blanket.

I like a smaller roster as it forces everyone to make tough decisions on how to draft. Don’t want to deal with all your QBs being injured then draft extra QBs and give yourself that competitive advantage.
What was it last year? The roster size...

I don’t mind a larger roster size. Last year I hit a point with injuries where I knew I was cooked.
Last year was 18
1 qb
2 hbs
3 wrs
1 TE
2 Flex (Wr/RB/TE)
9 bench
I said 24 should be the max for this season and I think that's a good number and would be the total number of players drafted last season when it was 8 of us
18x8 = 144 players
24x6 = 144 players
Below would be the setup
1 qb
2 RBs
3 wrs
2 TEs
3 Flex (Wr/TE/RB)
13 bench players
Draft recommendation minimums
3 QBs
5 RBs
7 WRs
4 TEs
Thinking of cutting TE down to 1 and making flex 4 by adding a QB
exactly I don’t mind having a bench player on my roster who gets limited snaps like a third down, running back or a fourth slot receiver, etc., etc. as long as I know every week, my complete roster is fulled
Not too late for this season if we could get one more person but def next year

Going from 18 last season to 24 should suffice

Sleeper is crazy wit the taxi squads and all but the app and setup is fire.

what GM skills u talking bout … when you have a ton of injuriesThe fact that best ball doesn’t allow you to put somebody on IR and claim and available player for his replacement is the ultimate problem
At the end of the day, the reason best ball as kind of fizzled out is because of this …. several years ago when it first was introduced, it looked like it was going to be the biggest thing going forward
So again, it doesn’t have anything to do with GM skills / knowing NFL - it basically comes down to rooting for your players not to get injured
