The word I used was better.

So why did he lose when it was worse considering he ran the same campaign 3 times in a row?
He won in 2016 because he wasn’t part of the incumbency and the economy wasn’t good.

He lost in 2020 because he was the incumbent and the economy wasn’t good.

He won in 2024 because he wasn’t part of the incumbency and the economy wasn’t good.

He was polling well in h2hs in 2020 before covid tanked the ecomomy

It appears you're not willing to adjust your these with new data.

The economic anxiety angle has long been debunked.

Yall use this same type of argumentation when you say “the war on drugs failed"

…again, what does this mean? Legalizing fentanyl?
It means that we have data showing a large number of places have increased domestic violence penalties, minimum, and mandatory arrests and those same areas have not seen a decline domestic violence.

So, saying do more and more and more it will eventually work is just a fools errand

I dont know what you mean by “works"

I’m talking about penalties.

Education is one thing. Penalties are another.

The ecomomy and health care has #1 in every polling dataset for a decade. I have nothing to adjust, only people who are adjusting is those who refuse to face reality and blame others things.

Your premise is that racists are more likely to not make racist decisions if you target their economic interests.

This is disproven because racists and bigots are not stepping away from their own isms to make sound economic decisions. We have seen this when they decided to vote for Trump.

Someone can prioritize health care and the economy, but also vote for Trump because they think just getting rid of immigrants or having a strong man deal making over a woman makes that more likely.

You guys are being purposefully obtuse. It's not like we haven't seen the same thing play out with brexit.

if I’m a bigot, then do you support men in women’s bathrooms?
breh, just let them crash out over this. you're wasting your time. the far left is all-in on defending this militant fakkitry :mjlol:

progressives are unserious clowns, and they're gonna get their asses handed to them, in the primaries that matter. because they refuse to compromise or moderate on anything; hence their inability to win shyt outside of dark blue areas

just let them die on this hill :mjlol:

I’m really confused here. Let’s say I’m wrong about the impact of trans issues….or immigration…ok, do you support it or not?

I really can’t get straight answers on this. Are these popular stances on these issues or not?

Beto did this economic populism but his stances on guns prevented voters IN TEXAS from seeing beyond that.

Yall keep saying the most salient issue is what drives voters while ignoring the emotional triggers that push voters away

we'll hit the 2028 primary, and progressives will get behind some Queers For Palestine, socialist lunatic who wants open borders. and Newsom or Shapiro will fukking steamroll them. just let it happen :mjlol:
