This will lead to a quick plateau once your body adjusts. Also you won't lose fat as quickly as you will doing prolonged fasting. I'm currently on track to lose 30 lbs in 30 days. That shyt is not possible doing intermittent fasting. Its only possible doing prolonged fasts that are a minimum of 72 hours.
You lose fat by forcing your body into ketosis. And a 18 hour fasting window isn't big enough for any significant ketosis to occur. You could limit your carbs but what fun is eating if you don't eat any carbs? Just make the fasting window longer and eat the foods you want to eat. You will get better weight loss results and feel more nourished.
No it wont, I've done it several times. Track your calories and macros. Carb cycling and refeed days are what stops you from plateauing
72 hour fasting to lose weight is absolutely ridiculous, intermittent fasting is not meant to induce a state of ketosis otherwise I wouldn't have suggested carb cycling
What you're suggesting is going to cause bruh to spin his wheels because he's not going to be eating nutrient dense meals because he just wont eat for 3 days lol
What you're doing is not healthy nor sustainable, you will have a hard time keeping it off because once you lose what you want to lose you'll fall back into your same patterns because you're simply starving yourself. To properly lose weight it takes some discipline breh. I've done it several times over the years. I know what I'm talking about. I've done bulk cut cycles at least 4 times.
You lose fat by eating less than your maintenance calories
