Can't believe nikkas on here hating on the second disc. I swear down, I've never heard anyone in my life hate on the second disc, only nikkas on the internet...
  • Can't C Me
  • Shorty Wanna Be a Thug
  • Holla At Me
  • Wonda Why They Call U bytch
  • When We Ride
  • Thug Passion
  • Picture Me Rollin
  • Ratha Be Ya nikka
  • ALL Eyez On Me
  • Run The Streets
  • Ain't Hard 2 Find
Album is a classic. No double album can touch this. 2Pac was one of the greatest. He was the first rapper I truly listened to. He made me proud to black and not give a fukk what anyone thinks. Even to this day, you can see and feel the impact he has made.

Pac might have the greatest ear for beats ever. Dude basically had a 99% hit rate. Him and big both had great beat selection. Been bumpin pac too much lately. Especially 7 day theory. Which I think is his best project top to bottom. And I've come to the conclusion that "life of an outlaw" could very well be the grimiest beat of all time. shyt is dark and haunting as fukk.

Back when a household bought minimum 2 copies. It’s So much albums I seen my parents have 2 of. This, chocolate factory, best of both worlds, life after death, etc.
Even in NYC, I grew up hearing mad dudes bumping this, including the deep cuts from Disc 2.

Check Out Time used to be my go-to song to play when cruising around after work.

Classic album.

Although, it's not my favorite Pac album, and I do believe there's a lot of filler and questionable guest choices.

I don't dislike the Outlawz (although I only like Big Syke and Storm), however, I've noticed Pac didn't enlist some of the best from the West Coast, and that's the disappointing thing about the album, not enough Death Row is represented on the album compared to the label's previous releases (The Chronic, Doggystyle, Murder Was The Case, Dogg Food, etc), which made those special because it gave off a “family” vibe.

I feel that the original idea for the album would've been better, but Suge prioritized sales, as he didn't think the Pro-Black, militant, and politically conscious raps would sell.

This is the one album during Pac's run in which it feels like he's playing a character rather than himself.

This is my previous opinion on the album...
I agree with some of the comments, the album was recorded in 2 weeks, its clear, they grabbed tracks from different people on Deathrow that people were sitting on or previously recorded tracks
