How you leave out Check Out Time? Can't believe nikkas on here hating on the second disc. I swear down, I've never heard anyone in my life hate on the second disc, only nikkas on the internet...
Album is a classic. No double album can touch this. 2Pac was one of the greatest. He was the first rapper I truly listened to. He made me proud to black and not give a fukk what anyone thinks. Even to this day, you can see and feel the impact he has made.

Even in NYC, I grew up hearing mad dudes bumping this, including the deep cuts from Disc 2.Back when a household bought minimum 2 copies. It’s So much albums I seen my parents have 2 of. This, chocolate factory, best of both worlds, life after death, etc.
I just don't get it. I know music is subjective but how can you enjoy disc one but then talk shyt about the second disc. nikkas calling it mediocre, what the fukk?!?People hating on the second disc have mental deficiency
I agree with some of the comments, the album was recorded in 2 weeks, its clear, they grabbed tracks from different people on Deathrow that people were sitting on or previously recorded tracksClassic album.
Although, it's not my favorite Pac album, and I do believe there's a lot of filler and questionable guest choices.
I don't dislike the Outlawz (although I only like Big Syke and Storm), however, I've noticed Pac didn't enlist some of the best from the West Coast, and that's the disappointing thing about the album, not enough Death Row is represented on the album compared to the label's previous releases (The Chronic, Doggystyle, Murder Was The Case, Dogg Food, etc), which made those special because it gave off a “family” vibe.
I feel that the original idea for the album would've been better, but Suge prioritized sales, as he didn't think the Pro-Black, militant, and politically conscious raps would sell.
This is the one album during Pac's run in which it feels like he's playing a character rather than himself.
This is my previous opinion on the album...
