I have to do day 22 and 23 today. The situps are hurting my tailbone for some reason.

Started last night. I'm hoping I can get my abs back to when they were in their prime (06-07).

Done after 4.5 miles. The sit-ups are actually pretty easy at this point. I will be continuing this challenge next month restarting at day 10, these results are addictive.

I done pretty much gave up on day 9. Im not motivated enuf. Then I think about building muscle under a lay of fat and im just like fucc it.

Start over on July 1. It really isn't bad- I just passed the 15 lbs dropped mark, lost about 3 in the past week alone and I am never looking back. Forreal.

Day 22 and 23 done. I missed three days due to a fever. I'll have to do another 2 a day to catch up. The situps are killing me. I finish but its a struggle. I run the crunches and leg raises. The planks aren't too bad.
