LMAO! In my heart of hearts I’m a baker. Like apple cinnamon oatmeal cookies, rum apple caramel bread pudding, hummingbird cake, walnut brown butter blondes...
But I’m trying to kick that sweet tooth and help my dad with his too.

So carbs are my shyt. But imma see how I feel in the next few days.

This is just an example but you can still make chocolate chip cookies, snickerdoodles, donuts, cakes. Google keto desserts and buy coconut flour, almond flour, erythritol, etc.

i love love love keto

I feel so much better when i'm on it.


I started the day with 4 eggs, protein shake, and then chug two bottles of water

lunch is grilled chicken salad or some sort of fish

dinner is usally a fish of some kind.

I got my parents on it once and they felt better with it too.

i removed red meat too.

I'll bring some tips later

Ive lost 30lbs in one month doing keto, it defitnitly works but its super hard to maintain in my opinion. Ive been wanting to do it during quarantine but i dont feel like getting the keto flu during times like this which im sure i would from all the carbs i been eating the past month n a half

Some tips id recommend
-take magnesium pills and potassium or a product that has both in one, theres plenty.
-multivitamins and fish oil daily
-make sure you drinking at least a gallon of water a day
- 100% do intermittent fasting as well, ive went as extreme 18hr fast and just one giant meal a day besides the protein shake i would have after a workout, after a few days your body gets used to it believe me. But 16:8 works great as well

Yeah we are doing IF with it. So we eat at 11:00am and stop eating at 6:00pm. I heard intermittent fasting is the shyt!

What’s keto?


To lose weight you just have to burn more calories than you put in. All these fad diets are bullshyt :unimpressed:
I’ve heard this too. In fact, I’ve heard some people say keto works because u actually end up eating less calories b/c ur cutting out higher caloric foods like breads and pastas...

One of my military friends says he actually snacks less and isn’t hungry as much when he’s on keto...
Interesting stuff.
