Ive lost 30lbs in one month doing keto, it defitnitly works but its super hard to maintain in my opinion. Ive been wanting to do it during quarantine but i dont feel like getting the keto flu during times like this which im sure i would from all the carbs i been eating the past month n a half

Some tips id recommend
-take magnesium pills and potassium or a product that has both in one, theres plenty.
-multivitamins and fish oil daily
-make sure you drinking at least a gallon of water a day
- 100% do intermittent fasting as well, ive went as extreme 18hr fast and just one giant meal a day besides the protein shake i would have after a workout, after a few days your body gets used to it believe me. But 16:8 works great as well
I don’t have a choice but to do keto. It’s not even for weight loss at this point. I can’t eat my carby foods anymore because I went so long without them. Somehow I developed a food allergy. Tried to eat something sweet about a month ago and thought I had corona because I started having allergy like symptoms and stomach problems. I definitely practice intermittent fasting and long term fasting. I didn’t see a difference in weight loss and I was doing OMAD after 2 months on keto. Only did OMAd because I don’t like bringing my lunch to work and I don’t eat fast food. But now that I’m home I do two meals and a snack in a 8 hour period

I’ve heard this too. In fact, I’ve heard some people say keto works because u actually end up eating less calories b/c ur cutting out higher caloric foods like breads and pastas...

One of my military friends says he actually snacks less and isn’t hungry as much when he’s on keto...
Interesting stuff.

I lost like 60 pounds in a span of 5 months a few years back so I could join the military. I really didn’t have a diet, I just ate once a day & ran with a sauna suit on every night

I lost weight on keto without eating a ton of fat. My fat is basically olive oil and sometime butter. Very rarely do I eat cheese. I did use to put mct oil on some of my food but my protein is always higher than my fats.

Make vodka a part of your diet.
Funny you should say that. :lolbron:
Hell my friends and I started experimenting with carbless cocktails b4 we even started this shyt.

Apparently Ciroc pineapple has no carbs! Got some diet cranapple juice, ciroc pineapple and pina colada Smirnoff spritzers with one squeeze of kool-aid tropical punch flavor shots.

Is this gonna fukk up our efforts?:mjlol:

1 cup is 2 carbs so I only use like 1/4 of a cup.

good luck. I know people who’ve done it—temporarily. They gained it back once they went back to eating carbs, but it could be because they went overboard.

I have no idea why people dont just eat less instead of these temp diets but :hubie:
I’m the same way. If it’s not a lifestyle change that you doing forever, if you go back to eating a normal amount of carbs the weight will come back. Everything in moderation and cardio and weight lifting. Yes it’s a slower less drastic approach but it’s easier to maintain and doesn’t cramp up your lifestyle too much. :yeshrug:

Naw lol. Literally every overweight person I know gained weight back :mjlol: it only works because for the first time in their life they are setting easy to follow limits. Soon as they get off it they gain a lot of it back. Ive seen it like a dozen times now.

I went hard core. I didn't even have anything with artificial sweeteners. I did stevia, monk fruit and erythritol. I mostly cut out all alcohol, but when I did, it was just straight vodka, with some seltzer and lemon juice and maybe some stevia if I wanted to sweeten it up.

One thing I did for desert, since you can have a limited amount of berries, was: Heavy Cream, Whatever berries you want to use, vanilla extract, and monk fruit. The powdered form of monk fruit and erythritol is better for this.

I also did a cheesecake, but of course you have to omit any sort of crust. Unless you want to go the extra mile and use almond meal, or some sort of medley of crushed nuts for a crust.

And this shyt if you can find it is:whoo::ohlawd::ahh:. Except for vanilla. That shyt is:scusthov:
