Somehow when Floyd's record is discussed, people leave that out though :mjlol:

You can rattle off all these names, but are they undefeated? :usure:

:wow::snoop:

Posts like this one give Floyd stans a really bad name:yeshrug:

Really breh?:leostare:

I just wanna know breh. I watched plenty of his fights and I just can't see what all the buzz is about. SRL maybe had a better punch but as far technique and the sweet science, I'll pick Floyd

You need to adjust your tone if you want to be schooled. I'm not showing you shyt. You can either stay ignorant or go look the shyt up yourself.

:sas1: So in reality, you pulled tht info out your ass, is what you're trying to say, right?!?

I've been trying to look for it; maybe I don't know how to effectively use a search engine, idk!:feedme:

But, out of all I said, why only respond with tht? Did you not have anything to say about the other portion?

At 147, SRL is better offensively than Floyd Mayweather. He was combination throwing, jab landing, aggressive boxer...meaning he would stalk you at some points or get on his toes and outbox you from the outside, and he had more power than Floyd and equal chins. He had stamina as well.

He was also a GREAT finisher. If his opponents should any "hurt" or looked like they were in trouble, he would pounce on them and finish them immediately.

He was a very skilled fighter and one of the best ever in the sweet science and techniques in the ring. Heart of a lion with ring intelligence to boot.

SRL was a great fighter.

:heh: Ray had more than just a better punch breh. He had heart, real heart. He didn't duck anyone. Plus where you think Floyd gets most of his style from? Ray helped mold tht style ( I'm not saying Floyd copying Ray)

Uncertain grounds
I wish Hagler moved up and down thru classes instead of staying steady at Middle. He'd be getting more credit than he does (he already does get a lot), but its often held against him. If there was some sort of dream scenario where Hagler comes down off 160 to a catch weight, i think he gives Floyd the beats. And if Hearns was underdog against Floyd, Id bet on the knockout for the odds easy. Hearns was so unconventional and his reach/power would really give Floyd problems.

Ray got wins over Hearns, Duran and Hagler. Who has Floyd beat thats better than any of thoss fighters :beli:
So sugar didnt wait 5 years to fight Hagler, in a decision most though he lost :lolbron:

Floyd's defeated 7 HOF fighters (not including the destruction of Corrales who could get in), and could be 8 if Canelo keeps his head right. :yeshrug:

Could be argued he dodged Pryor and Hagler. He was incredibly disrespectful in public venues to both.

AP had Hagler convincingly. 2 of the judges were at 115-113 i think, splitting between SRL/Hagler and then one judge had it like 117-111 SRL. SRL theatrics and comeback story had everyone transfixed. I dont hate on people thinking Leonard won but i disgree with them.

You right about Hagaler. I failed to mention tht. Ray had to think twice about tht power.
