It kind of seems like a easy win to have them be the main event. But if you do that and then Mox and Hangman kill each other in some bunkhouse shyt right before it could put them in a tough position. If this is the beginning of something longer that goes past the event maybe you have them main event something further down the line.
No reason for Toni to win. She’s already made. Her beating Mercedes does nothing for anyone.
Would be like Charlotte beating Asuka at Mania or beacky beating ol boy at Mania.
They already dropped the ball once with Jade’s whole arc, Can’t afford to here

I'm guessing that if Mone/Storm is the Main Event, there's going to be a piss break match between Mox/Hangman and Mone/Storm like there was on Sunday between AITA and Page/Ospreay.
It solidifies her as top dog.

Usually I'd be all for a women's main event and especially THAT match, but if Hangman is beating Moxley there's no way that shouldn't close the show IMO... locker room invasion/celebration ending like when The Opps took down the DR for the Trios belts.
I know they're both capable, but Mercedes and Toni will have to do a LOT of work in 7 weeks to get that sort of weight on their feud.

Both women have beaten everyone in the division there’s nothing left for either of them after this
No challengers after this match & a division that is ice cold
Toni has never faced Willow, Kris and Athena, will face Mercedes for the first time at All In, hasn't faced Jamie since turning Timeless, Thekla is coming. Still plenty of relatively fresh opponents for her.
