it's almost precious how ignorant you are, being poor doesn't necessarily mean jobless or without assets, there are poor people with nice flatscreen televisions and computers, that they have to routinely pawn when an unexpected hardship hits and they just pay the pawn shop a fee until they're able to get their assets back. there are also title loan places all over the hood where you can get a loan by putting up the title to your car, and if you can't pay the loan back, the loan company sends out a tow truck company to collect your car, there are probably thousands of people in impoverished communities right now hiding their cars at different relatives and friends houses because of a failure to pay back a loan, which is a VERY stressful way to live, not knowing if your car is going to be gone when you have work in the morning.

nikka! it's nikkas at my job selling dope at the gig and everybody there making good money. nikkas do hustle to hustle cuz it's the "cool" thing to do.
