75% of Twitter Employees laid off but it still works just fine 2 months later. Was Elon right?

It doesn't fall apart immediately because they hired great engineers to implement and maintain the code. Watch what happens when they start to add more features or some libraries currently in use become depreciated and noone is there to maintain it.

Seems like it’s functioning but I’m not a heavy Twitter user so what do you mean by run as well?
there are lots of errors and glitches that didn't used to happen, especially on twitter videos

How so? The website and the app load up just fine. People on thecoli post tweets all the time and they load up just fine
You’re misunderstanding twitters original problem. It’s easy to have a website/app load up fine. That was never a problem. There’s a very small percentage of workers who are actually involved in the day to day operation of the actual functioning of the app from a technical standpoint. They’re working with a skeleton crew at this point.

The previous CEO jack dorsey stated himself the problem with twitter was political not technical. Governments and advertisers want to know that the app is safe and compliant with government protocols centered around safety. Elon fired all of the people involved with these processes and as a result they lost over 50 percent of advertisers. Now he’s begging them to come back.

:duck:

The site was supposed to crash in a week after he took over. 3 months later and nothing has changed.
They lost over a million users in the very first week that Elon purchased twitter and are projected to lose over 32 million users over the next two years if they’re still even around.

With less and less traffic it makes sense the site is still up and running. That doesn’t take much :heh:

Y’all seem to forget he has HB-1 visa workers that are literally not allowed to leave the office working 24/7 to keep the app running

I got banned over calling out racist cacs on Twitter in November and went :yeshrug: now the app is sending me four Tweets a day everyday I can't check to entice me to send them my phone number and unban my account :mjlol:
