All you’re offering is your opinion about what you think should have happened. But clearly he was the dikkhead who decided to meet quota, so then what? You’re not entitled to a pass because you don’t agree with the process.

If you don’t mind getting cuffed for the sake of arguing your point cool. But if you don’t want to get cuffed you sign the citation.

I got a citation for spitting onto the subway tracks one time. Not on the platform, or a seat. The rat-infested subway tracks. Trust me, I’m aware of the bullshyt citation quotas. I took that shyt to court and got it tossed. They hand out those citations in-part assuming most people WONT fight them.

You can state your opinion as many times as you want. It won’t change the fact that she chose the option that resulted in arrest. Again, I personally don’t like how the arrest was handled. But that’s a separate convo.
You're agreeing with me.

Trump isn't the only one who loves the uneducated. :sas1:

"Laws are rules and regulations passed by the legislature and are meant to protect and control people in different circumstances. Ordinances in most countries are local level laws passed by municipalities and are applicable within the city limits only. In some cases, they supersede central laws too"..

Why you deceiving the people?

When we ask to have more black people in the police force, patrolling our own neighborhoods,
you'd think they'd be able to handle situations like this with more nuance and de-escalate a situation.

There's a way to approach a scene with authority but understanding. If they were out of towners and didn't know the rules,
he could have issued them a warning and made them vacate. YES, the sista should have checked her tone initially
and been given a final warning, But you could tell, like most police, he felt his authority was ignored and that pissed him off.

Fascinating video. Lowkey a powderkeg for gender politics and police brutality.

Damn, this was 1 page before I hit send. Wow

I totally agree with this. Their is no need to have nikkas on the force if we can't get that verbal warning and kicked off the premises.

Unfortunately it didn't work out that way in this instance..

Now what?

I would have preferred him to give a warning. Especially being from out of town

With that said what exactly did y’all want him to do once she started to ignore what he was saying & being rude. Just stand there? If that’s ole boy girl he need to cut her loose. That walk back she did to the car is a no go. I got buddy’s who been popped for less

Honestly , that officer was being a fukking dikk head yes he was being civil but he taking out his anger on a black women i doubt he'd do that to a white woman and her man. that can be a politician son, a senators daughter, the chiefs kinfolk. when black people get in any position of power they tend to misuse and mistreat other black folk and I'm just speaking from experience. Although he could've let her off without being so EXTRA they're both kind of wrong. because once he took it there it was to late of course.

And this is the problem. Either its this woman being combative about signing some piece of paper, or the woman twerking on a restaurant table refusing to come down. You fck with people with this mentality, you'll always find yourself in the middle of some type of stupid drama over nothing.

The woman was more than likely on some freaky shyt and got busted. Move on and continue that shyt someplace else. Its funny how politicians get pulled over by cops all the time and they always comply. Yet they'll excuse citizens stupid behaviors in the same situation. That lets you know they enjoy seeing nikkas being whooped by the police. :dead:

The Truth
Smh:snoop:

Both are in wrong though.

If they didn’t know then let her off with a warning

But damn chick, if he said sign it or we’ll have to arrest you, then just sign the citation and move on.

But yeah, he could’ve said it’s not admission of guilt.

And she also could’ve gave him more respect before it got to the arrest point.

Yup I agree
Cop escalated the situation for some bullshyt. He could've just told them to leave. Why bring up paperwork for something so petty

Exactly, wasting peoples god damn time. But this sadly falls on her mans shoulders. I would have nipped that in the bud soon as she got unruly. Your putting me in a bad position as a man. Which is why her questions shouldve filtered through him to the officer.
