You're agreeing with me.All you’re offering is your opinion about what you think should have happened. But clearly he was the dikkhead who decided to meet quota, so then what? You’re not entitled to a pass because you don’t agree with the process.
If you don’t mind getting cuffed for the sake of arguing your point cool. But if you don’t want to get cuffed you sign the citation.
I got a citation for spitting onto the subway tracks one time. Not on the platform, or a seat. The rat-infested subway tracks. Trust me, I’m aware of the bullshyt citation quotas. I took that shyt to court and got it tossed. They hand out those citations in-part assuming most people WONT fight them.
You can state your opinion as many times as you want. It won’t change the fact that she chose the option that resulted in arrest. Again, I personally don’t like how the arrest was handled. But that’s a separate convo.
