Sucks for them

Everything is getting consolidated.

This is the rise of the Zaddy worker and the fall of the small business owner.

Y'all done on talking about corporations and the government.

You should take one for the team and willingly take 2 lesser paying jobs.

Subsidize these mom and pop shops with lower compensation.

working class been getting destroyed over the last 50 years now. consider this a market correction.

Good. I don't want to hear anymore complaints about the wealthy elite, the same people y'all hate, not paying out.

As a person that has done construction labour, I've never been pushed closer to suicide then when I worked in a call centre.

It's much easier to physically sacrifice yourself then mentally.

Pay the most skilled the most money. Don't pay everyone, the same, especially, the least skilled.

Sounds like regulations to me. Don't you want the markets to be free? :smugfavre:

Do you hate freedom? :upsetfavre:

i worked the food industry from H.S. till just after college.
i've also done manual labor, table saws, drills, ladders, etc.
i've climbed telephone polls as a cable guy in all kinds of weather.

this is not a competition between witch sector of labor is more valuable than another
because it is obvious that they are both neccacary if we want our society to function
the way we all want.

what this is really about is everyone earning enough to live a comfortable life.
resources need to be redistributed.

this divide and conquer frame is garbage and i refuse to play within those boundaries.

Ain't that the motherfukking truth. Lasted a day there after getting abused every other phone call. Filling vending machines was labor intensive but it was easy because it was grunt work

Yes

You talking about some shyt you about to do. Holla when you actually have business expenses. An actual business, with staff that aren't working for free, cuz you the homie. Sit down.

Actually I do. Self proprietorship. I'm just making sure shyt is straight for when a client eventually wants to sue. I already have business, a makeup artist, hair stylist/assistant, second shooter. I charge accordingly so I can pay them their rates. fukk you.

I have a low education. I was sick of working at Fox Hills mall. I took the time to learn something that would get me out of a low skill paying job and found success In my career path. The freedom allowed me to find ideas for business. If we have to pay this much to hire someone to do the most simple task then we Have to do it ourselves. Someones worth is now becoming an emotional term not related to business. Self esteem worth

If I was a restaurant owner and had to bust my ass like that because I couldn't afford an additional 40 grand per person from my expenses I'm going to name my restaurant,

The Customer Is Always Wrong,
talk shyt to out of line customers and just pay a security guard to beat their ass when they get rowdy.

nobody is saying to pay them the same.
strawman your way through a debate, brehs.

you should be embarrassed that you can't articulate your argument without debasing yourself in such a juvenile fashion.

everyone should earn a living wage no matter what the job is.
if you work a fulltime job then you should be able to afford a place to live at the very least.
