Rosters change, chemistry changes, and there are several other factors. Just because y did a better job than x doesnt mean he’s the better coach. Kyrie going to the Celtics made them so much better on paper but Stevens was less successful this year than last. It all depends on what the situation is like for the coach. In terms of coaching success, Vogel has a solid resume. I’m not gonna knock him for doing poorly with a young Magic roster.

With that said, if they actually put together a good staff and revamp the medical/training staff we might see a marked improvement.
