yeah it truly is a family business. That's why Jeanie is so emotional with her approach to the team. The franchise is really her baby
They dont have these big corporate businesses like other owners. You have a point, since PJ left i think most of our coaches have been lowly paid, and it's clear we dont invest as much into medical staff, development and perhaps even analytics like we're supposed to. Historically we've always had former players as GM/Prez and our last 2 coaches have been former players.
New practice facility was probably built with the money from the Spectrum deal.
People have said for a while that perhaps they should sell the team to AEG, who already owns a nice chunk of the team and I think has first right of refusal.

So yeah, that rotation(Dedmond/Noel) is probably our best bet. We can use the pick to draft a guard.
