How many of you fakkits have set up flyers for the Blacks in your neighborhood to come together (like the women who started BLM did)?

Black women were the backbone of the civil rights movement. King and X were sort of like mascots. Black power movement and black is beautiful movement seemed to be led by black women as well. I’m from Brooklyn a place where stars are born.
I am for black empowerment economically. I listen and study Jay Morrison, Dr Claude Anderson, and other in getting our money up. We get our money together to form super pass to get politicians to vote our interest. I get that and that is important. My idea of black militias is simple self defense forces. We live in a violent nation surrounded by violent white people armed to the teeth. In the aftermath of Katrina there was stories of white renegade vigilante groups killing black people. That shouldn't happen again. So it makes sense to have a force just in case shyt gets out of hand. This militia isn't going to wage war against the government or white people. It is self defense.

But some black men in here disagreed with OP. So why act like we're all the same and share the same brain? Why act like none of us hold black men accountable for our actions?

I think BLM is headed nowhere, but as i said, it really isn't because it's headed by women and gay dudes, it's because peaceful marching and protesting hasn't yieled any change thus far and it still won't.
Secondly, black women leading, not just BLM but being the head of single parent households, surpassing black men in education, etc is all a result of black men NOT leading (either being absent or just failing to fulfill the role as builders)
Until we start building on a respectable scale, we don't have room to criticize black women so much. That's the problem. We aren't on the ball ourselves as men. Look at what position we're in, still relying on the ones who enslaved us for jobs. Black women have to go to our own oppressors for employment and resources. How can we do so much finger pointing at them when we have failed to provide an actual alternative?
Black women had to adapt and adjust. That's what women do when the men do not build for them.
A big problem is what we invest our disposable income and time in. We'll invest hundreds if not thousands in shoes, clothes, clubbing or video games, etc but won't invest the same amount in business
If black men were building on a respectable scale, then we would be in more of a position to critique black women, but we're not.
And as much as some black men may hate it, women are supposed to critique men when we're slacking in our role. A lot of us view it as just "nagging" but they, like other women, have a natural desire for worthy men.
Granted, our community has been through hell and back in this white supremacist society. But it's past time that we stop pointing fingers at everyone else and take responsibility four our collective position. Too many black men nowadays are perfectly content with being thrown scraps from the white man instead of taking control of our destiny and building for our people. Black men throughout history were innovative and we need to remember that.
All the arguing and bickering with black women online is also a waste of time. It's just one way we deflect from the fact that we've failed them.

As i've said, YES, we've been through hell in this white supremacist society, we know that. I understand that, because i'm a black man living in america too. But my brothers make a lot of excuses now and it's like that has become ok. You can point the finger at the system, or you can give the finger to the system. Like Malcolm said, by any means necessary. No more excuses. Excuses and finger pointing do nothing to help.
Women are softer. And sometimes they get scared. Sometimes they panic. They want security and protection. They look to men for support. How are you gonna protect her if you're just as scared? In need of just as much protection and coddling as her? If we're looking to them for solutions and to fix things, of course the roles will shift.
What we need is our own. Until then, a lot of us will still be complaining about black women not being submissive enough, not respecting us, etc. Women tend to act that way when they don't feel secure, protected and provided for. Time to stop relying on the white man's scraps/handouts, blaming everyone in the world, and start building and creating our own.

Op is 100% correct and a lot of the black men who oppose his stance know it too. But they welcome women into the front lines of the battle because it takes the pressure off them to do what is REALLY NEEDED to stop white supremacy. For example: Micah Johnson or creating a black wallstreet like we had in Tulsa,Oklahoma.
