If yall making the same money, you should be splitting shyt. If one makes significantly more then splitting down the middle doesn't work. Find someone that makes what you make and split it down the middle. You should both feel the pain of paying bills.

You took a research that just said "the 1st 1000" women who got married and that was it.

There are so many reasons why people get divorced, infidelity and poverty is usually #1. So with more information given, you can make educated decisions on who shouldn't have even gotten married in the 1st place..

Hispanics have a deeper connection with family values, and never was taught to HATE one another that blacks had to be taught to do. And we still carry to this day..

And white women.. we're not even gonna elaborate on the advantages that your people have.

So if you wanna have a "ah ha my white counterparts and mexicans have lower divorce rates than you ni@@ers" then you won..

But if you truly want to understand whats the problem, you have to break them numbers down and examine them..

I already explained in a previous post exactly why I posted those stats. To refute the idea that black men paying all black women’s bills is somehow comparable to white men splitting bills with white women because white women make it up “on the back end”, while black women do not. Read.

And your entire response seems to be explaining why other races don’t get divorced as much. That’s an entirely different debate. There are definite socioeconomic differences that factor in there, that’s completely valid. But that’s not at all what we’re debating here. I’m simply positing that black women divorce just as much as any other race percentage wise, not why. But nice attempt at trying to move the goalposts and use the lame emotional militant angle while you’re at it. I think we’re done here.

Whatever works for you and your household, however, my wifey and I split the bills.

Most people are not going to be able to take care of another adult along with at least two children, mortgage a decent home, get a loan for two vehicles, pay the utilities associated with having a home, pay insurance, property taxes, child care, buy groceries, buy fuel to go back and forth, pay a phone bill along with wifi, and other miscellaneous expenses all off one income.

You are not doing that on a 50K-90K job where they deduct taxes, retirement, and insurance benefits. 90K is really like 70K after all those deductions.

You not holding down no household off that.

Your grandfather didn't live in a time where even cheaper new construction homes are running 300K or better and your grandmother wasnt rocking 500 dollar handbags and driving an SUV that costs as much as some homes did 50 years ago.

You would have to make well into the 6 figure range for one income to even be a feasible option. My wife and I own multiple businesses where we bring in well over 6 figures and it still would be feasible for only one of us to work.
