Yep, the brother that he seems to be really close with.

It's a fukked up family dynamic that wouldn't surprise me in the slightest has effected his basketball performance when his mind is elsewhere.

Simmons isn't the only player in the NBA that's went through a family crisis or a personal issue off the court, he's just an arrogant slacker who refuses to improve the many holes in his game.

Everyone isn't the same though and reacts differently to different situations and issues.........

It's not the same or a fair comparison at all.

This is one of the reasons that Stephen A is a hoe.. You all over the place yesterday screaming They have to trade Ben Simmons:damn: but you go on TV the very next day and try and kill his trade value :dead:

This dude Stephen A is a clown! :russ:

Sometimes I wonder if he's on a team or agents payroll behind the scenes :jbhmm:

honestly i thought this was one of the main reasons to bring in Doc Rivers. Seems like Rivers is just like Brett Brown and everyone else and unable to do shyt about it
You cannot make someone do anything that they don't want to do. It feels like Simmons wants to win his way and is purposely not shooting trying to get the last laugh on the media, organization and anyone else on some, "Now what, I did it my way" type shyt.

If you want to make excuses for Simmons lack of shooting, poor free throw %, poor 3pt %, turnovers & poor playoff performances throughout his entire career, then so be it.

Bettors Cash In On Ben Simmons’ Historically Poor Free Throw Performance

Zack Jones FORBES

"For Philadelphia guard Ben Simmons, the critiques of his shooting percentage and technique are nothing new. Now with his 76ers face elimination, the 24-year-old finds himself under a new kind of scrutiny as his inability to hit even the most basic of shots has made one of Philadelphia’s main weapons relatively unplayable down the stretch.

Just how bad has Simmons been? So bad, in fact, that odds makers are letting you bet on his free throw percentage in Game 6 of the 76ers-Hawks playoff series.

Lined at -120 on both the over and under, BetOnline.AG is letting fans bet on Simmons topping or falling under the 50% mark with his free throw attempts, and given recent history, this could be easy money."

And? He isn't the only poor free throw shooter in the league :yeshrug:

The Coli's favorite "superstar" player Lonzo is a historically poor free throw shooter as well, yet it doesn't get the attention because he barely even gets to the line.

I will continue to say that you can't bytch and complain about Giannis trying to improve his game and become a better shooter, but ask of Simmons to essentially do the same thing. You either want those guys to play like a big man and be Gobert (who the Coli complains offensively about) or you want them to develop some semblance of an offensive game.

see these are the kind of narratives that make zero sense
why would dude purposely make himself into a meme. To get a "last laugh" on the media? The media are ripping dude apart and his inability to score is proving their agendas right.
It's more likely a Fultz type situation and the approach the sixers will make that Rivers alluded to is probably a sports psychologist

Still doesn't explain why he's not even attempting to be a shooter. You don't have to put in the work to at least attempt being a jumpshooter. He's not even trying at all, so it's obvious that something is going on that needs to be addressed.

Or maybe breh just doesn’t give a fukk, or just being stubborn.
