Exactly dude went from a lottery pick after his freshman season to A late 2nd rd at the end of his junior season.

Oh word?
The 10.1 minutes/game Lance got in his first two years (over only 54 games) really bothered you that much?
that's not the point he obviously wasn't ready yet. more nba ready players in the draft will equal a better product.
OK, do you think 2 more years in college would've made a difference? Or was him being in the NBA/D-league for 2 years an important part of his development?
I don't know how another year in college may or may not have benefited him, tbh but I don't think it would have hurt and that's what it boils down to for me.
the college bball world better pray this doesn't happenyea more of our kids will grew up to be wonderful players in college if they stay in school for a few more years.more kids coming in with an unpolished game who aren't as good are getting paid. an extra year means more learning the game
Get that BS out of here
Like people have already said the nba is acting like draft busts just started due to first high school players to one and done players . Every player isn't going to transition into the nba the same no amount of extra coaching and stuff in college is going to guarantee nba success as we can see from all the college players who don't make it . The league is just trying to make more money and trying to take any kind of responsiblity out of the front offices hands when it comes to bad drafting /contracts . fukk bytch ass silverA load of one and done players can get by without improving their game a lick from year to year.
Beasley is considered a bust, the flaws in his game College couldn't solve, he would just continue utterly devastating clearly inferior competition and still not have a defined NBA position.
Bennett could put up 20/10 his 2nd year and be the same damn player...some players need to face the elite competition to sink or swim. They can only get that in the NBA.
Then you guys will have to figure a way to keep them eligible for 2 yrs rather than 2 semestersImagine us having Anthony Davis for two yearsthe college bball world better pray this doesn't happen
you want that?Nor should they.College althetes need to unionize asap they stay getting fukked no matter the sport. NCAA aint looking out for them and the NBA/NFL sure as hell aint either
• San Antonio Spurs owner Peter **** stepped down as chairman of the board of governors due to personal reasons. Minnesota Timberwolves owner Glen Taylor, who had been chairman until **** took over last fall, agreed to step in on an interim basis.

Exactly . This is some bull , why not invest in scouting and a real d league ? The nba shouldn't be getting involved with the NCAA like this . In 10 years it'll be ohh we need 4 years of schooling yet what guarantee is it that coaches will teach the kids ?
players.Don't D League teams run the same plays that their parent NBA team does? I know The Rockets' affiliate does.A real D-League could never compete financially with other options.
That, and no matter how much y'all lobby for it, none of y'all truly give a fukk about D-League. That is why you only go to D-League when you're fresh out of options. The money ain't great. The offenses are mostly vanilla. The attention is nonexistent despite CBS and NBATV showing the games.
At best each team can have their own affiliate. Other than that, the D-League would just turn into a stash spot forplayers.
