Most of those judges on the the supreme court went to Harvard, Yale, etc. These people do not want their alma maters looking like UC Berkely or UCLA. The donors that put those justices on the supreme court will not accept Harvard turning 70% asian.

The Supreme Court will say Harvard is a private college and they can factor in whatever criteria they want: race, legacy, etc.

I still believe I got into college due to affirmative action. My university was 90% white, i actually used to play ball with a guy who was on the committee that makes sure they accept enough black students and he pretty mucb said that the only reason most of the black students are there is to meet a quota.

I can promise much of your life and opportunity as well as the life of your parents and your family members was enabled, and positively impacted by liberal policy and voters. Your access to education, jobs, economics, homes, neighborhoods, and so much more was open to you thanks to the work of liberalism in this country and the people who voted to uphold it. It's only in the twisted world of TLR where not voting is the most effective way to get laws for black people passed, handing over political power in this country to yee haw conservatives is a path to reparations, black people are actually more conservative than liberal, and every little thing that appears aligned with our interests is just part of a plot to fool us into serving other people's interests.
