I think his grifting has levels.

Is he technically a Dr? I would say yes. It’s strange that he will not just show his degrees. It’s strange that somehow his dissertation is the only one that is not available for viewing from the year he graduated. But there have been people who looked into it and apparently he does have a doctorate so I will let him cook on that.

I will say this. He supposedly got his doctorate in 2012. He was calling himself a dr before that.

He claims he was once a school Principal. There is zero record of that being the case.

He was once a school psychologist for a charter school in Philly for a short period of time. He got walked out the door and fired.

He has been collecting money for a school since 2009. There has been zero accounting of the monies he has collected. If you ask him he will call you a c00n and block you

The community in Wilmington where the school is located have said he is not visible there. He has not organized anything other than two block parties. I am not from Wilmington but I am there every three months. I have a family member I take to the Nemours hospital there. I was just there this week. I have driven past that school multiple times. It’s in the middle of the trenches. Nothing has been done up there besides a shytty mural, and a painted rock. The place looks like shyt.

His issue is also what you stated. He is operating as a one man army. You can’t build an institution for a people as one person. All effective leaders have to have a team. When I see a man with no other men around him I question him. The only people Umar has around him are his Queens. Single black mothers. No men. That’s a huge red flag. He does not want other men around because they would tell him when he is WRONG. He does not want that. He was no accountability but wants to hold everyone else accountable. He then proceeded to BERATE the black community for not sending him more.

With over a million collected 5 years ago he could have started small. He could have made online courses. He could have did SOMETHING to educate the masses. All he did was buy the worst buildings he could have purchased in a terrible crime ridden area. Buildings that will need millions more of renovations to even open the doors.


I am not from the south. I am from PA just like Umar. I do live in the south tho. The reason he is does not get support from famous black people/atheletes/business owners/moguls/black leaders is because they are smart with their money. They have accountants. Do you know of the history of BLACK PEOPLE leaving the South, for a better life in the North, and what happened?

As in were those blk people initially accepted?
Were they called names, for being from the country and speaking a certain way BY OTHER BLACK PEOPLE?
