Those are stand-alone movies that don’t have to be tied into any lore beside whatever they feel like making up.


All technology and aesthetic they use in the show has to be similar to what we saw in Alien (1979) because this happens two years before the movie events.

We don’t need another Prometheus fukking shyt up with inexplicably advanced shyt, hundreds of years before its supposed to be a thing.

Those video calls were actually how he was RECRUITED into the conspiracy. When the Maginot was launched, Kavalier hadn't even been born yet and Prodigy corporation didn't exist yet.

It kind of had to happen over either the video calls or "faxed" documents.
