I manage in a distribution center and almost every other day we talk about our plan to get agv (automated guided vehicles), layer pickers, and pallet wrappers and basically the idea is to eliminate any need for forklift and temporary picking labor. All you really need is people who understand how to plan schedules and troubleshoot issues. This shyt is coming bruhs, be in denial if you want.
Alot of this technology is being adopted already, it just isnt full force for one reason or another. Its kinda scary when you think about it.

even if you have you own businesses, big companies will be able to price you out/undercut you like never before because savings on labor and insurance, etc etc will be so great that they'll reduce price if necessary
