He birthed a lot of these new rappers

So I would probably put him in my top 10

I'm aware they've been around longer than he has. But as far as taking other rappers' beats and turning them into essentially his own songs? I personally think Wayne has to take credit for that.

That's what I voted as well. Because, all things considered, you can't have a serious conversation about anything rap related for the past ten years without talking about Wayne.
