this is bullshyt. Yall nikkas kill me. Sting was final boss level for the nwo. That was the whole point of the Starrcade match. Those dudes werent interchangeable at all. Sting is the man.

Sting vs Hogan did the all time WCW buy rate but he wasn't a draw

If Cena goes to TNA tomorrow it wouldn't even be as big as the Angle signing. Sting was one of the main reasons Spike gave TNA two hours in primetime and they were able to start taking their PPVs on the road

Its like some of you dudes just be talking to talk

There's no waaaaaay anything about it. They went 1 on 1 2 months prior to him joining and the fans made their choice clear. They both were as over as fukk but the Wolfpac needed Sting way more than he needed them. If you think Wolfpac Sting was an embarrasment then you might want to go fire up your WWE network and listen to those reactions he got.

I don't think people are downplaying it. Well I'll speak for myself. I'm certainly not. Nash didn't get booed when he pinned Goldberg and looking back he maybe should've considering the fall out, that's how over he was at that time. Nash certainly was a big deal in 1998

It's that people speak like Wolfpack Sting was Jack Swagger. I've seen that a lot online. It shows who was watching live at the time and who goes by what they saw on YouTube

Sting was a huge piece in the nwo angle.

He wasn't even speaking and his merchandise was selling like crazy. Talmbout he wasn't a draw.:stopitslime:

Sting was one of the biggest stars in the most star studded era in wrestling history.

We talking about guys like stone cold, the rock, the undertaker, mankind, Goldberg, hogan, Nash, Hall, etc:dame:

Cena is arguably the biggest star in the weakest era.

Sting was one of the biggest reasons why TNA was able to get that spike TV deal.

It's funny how you talking about sting was latching on to what's hot when Cena has been latching on to what's hot for over a decade now. Guys like edge, Barrett, cm punk, aj, etc were already hot. Why you think people complain when the new hot wrestler of the time period is being fed to Cena.

Cena being better than in ring wrestler than sting.:mjlol:

Cena is sloppy with hardly any fluidity in the ring. Just look at that crappy leg drop off the top rope or that awful hurricanrana.

Sting is better than Cena and contribution to this wrestling stuff is bigger as well.:yeshrug:
