I used to not believe in CC's either. I only have one that I got in college just for emergency expenses and kept the credit limit low (like $750 or some shyt)
Until I lost my debit card overseas and moved around a lil bit so I didn't get a replacement in the mail for 2 or 3 months. I raised my limit cause I already had pretty good credit, paid for everything with my CC and since I wasn't using debit, I had the full amount of cash on hand to pay it all off every time on time. Since then my credit score and rewards looking![]()

I got an offer for an AMEX through the mail, not the charge card but a blue cash card, where you can make Min payments and shyt.
The thing is I heard AMEX can be a pain in the ass and change your limit or cut you off at anytime, fukking up your credit score.
I need some help
Pay your bills on time and you want have any issues. You need CC's to establish good credit. Down the road you will want a loan for a car, house, whatever...and if you don't have any credit history, you will not get one.
That's why I was able to buy a house. I had one credit card, and a couple store cards, and a car loan. I only put things on the card that I could afford, and then paid them off before the month was over. No late payments, no maxed out cards. I didn't go buy out the mall.....just things I knew I could afford that I would've just paid with my debit card anyway. Now I'm
off the perks and rewards and my credit score is
above 800.

I use credit cards. I just don't go crazy and pay the total every month. Plus, I get rewards so I get money back. I'm the minority of users who they hate. I'm making money using my credit card and never paying for fees or interest.
Plus, I buy things online and at stores that are expensive. I don't like to carry a huge amount of cash when I need to buy expensive stuff like furniture or appliances. And, there are things you need a credit card for like hotel reservation, rental car, and huge unexpected expenses like car repair.

@ thinking you gonna pay for everything in cash for the remainder of your life.
