Am I the only one who has less respect for a lift/exercise when I see crossfitters...

...doin it or talkin about it a lot? I didn't do one arm dumbbell swings for the longest because I would be like "fukkin crossfitters :aicmon:" but I did them and they wrecked a nikka. :whoo: of course I did them with a 100lb where as they do 45lbs at the most.

but yeah. I can't be the only one.

crossfitters who use proper form :ehh:

its when they teach them awful horrendous form

+ olympic lifts for endurance is retarded

but the lifts themselves arent bad

I'm :manny: about CrossFit...did it a few times this summer and it's a great workout. Just can't see nyself paying $125/month to join a CrossFit gym though.

I'd be afraid I'd hit my nuts with a 100lbs. dumbbell. :huhldup:

I saw a man at my gym do a pullup, stick his legs out so he was laying horizontally and then proceed to swing his core/legs back and forth while holding himself up in a pullup position and by swing i mean friend was really getting a full range of motion in both directions. I thought, :ld: and i realized demonic jealousy was creeping into me so i just thought, "good job, friend"

my buddy is training for the crossfit competition... :ufdup:

point is, he is in great shape, has perfect form and has been lifting for about 8 years...

that being said... it seems that a lot of people that shouldn't be lifting have chosen cross-fit as their instant cure for being out of shape and weak...

...I'll stick to PHAT :smugdraper:
