If you’re caught on your phone for anything else other than that (especially if you’re not essential or a high performer) then 2 strikes you’re out.

Yeah I think it does


But this kind of policy, outside of security, is not necessary. It’s overkill


Even the lazy/non-working nikkas where I work at still be on their phones all day, they just be outside or smoking. Even I do it sometimes when there isn’t shyt going on. But when your ass is at your desk/seat, you should be focused on what is going on there and your responsibilities for the most part.

If you are a high performer at what you do though, no one should care THAT much… especially at a warehouse.

Just implement something like the policy I said above and keep it moving. They not getting paid enough for all that.
