Once again I ask

These "jobs" that would be created

Would they have gone to NYers? People from Queens? People from Flatbush? East New York? Brownsville? Crown Heights?

Nope? Yeah I thought so...unless Besos GURANTEED that all hires would be from NY residents who could prove they have lived there for a certain time or something of that nature, fukk outta here

Yea...no :heh: Them jobs would be going to the same lily cac kids they hire now from Stanford, Harvard, Princeton, MIT, Yale, etc. They'd just be moving the hires to New York City instead of Seattle. That's it. The influx of those high paying jobs would bring more money to the small businesses in New York, assuming everybody there now could afford to stay afterward :troll:

so who would have built the headquarters?

im not arguing with the sentiment of what you're saying, but it would be pretty hard to build and staff this place using nothing but transplants from seattle and outsourced napoleons :dead:

i thought that public opinion in NY was over half of people wanted it. obviously if they don't, then :camby:

QUEENS NY

What poll has support at 70% ? Obviously the people I talk to, it's a small sample size but everyone was either against it or did not enough about the pros and cons to come to a decision. My wife is a teacher in Long island City and she said a lot of the parents were against it. Very curious where they got this poll from

Basically

Only dumbasses would support this shyt...why the fukk these people think they'd be getting hired is beyond me

It would be a shytload of people from Long Island (ie. not from the city), transplants, and Amazon employees from elsewhere

This shyt would not have benefited NYC locals PERIOD.
