Yea...no Them jobs would be going to the same lily cac kids they hire now from Stanford, Harvard, Princeton, MIT, Yale, etc. They'd just be moving the hires to New York City instead of Seattle. That's it. The influx of those high paying jobs would bring more money to the small businesses in New York, assuming everybody there now could afford to stay afterward

im not arguing with the sentiment of what you're saying, but it would be pretty hard to build and staff this place using nothing but transplants from seattle and outsourced napoleons
