He doesn't get a pass from me.The only Nas hater that gets a pass from me is @intilectual recipricol ..rest of u nikkas sound stupid..
I think he's hilarious...and we go back..and he loves Pac..it overrides the Nas hate for me...lolHe doesn't get a pass from me.
Yeah. Nas is my #1. Andre and Ghostface are interchangeable at 2 and 3.I think they are better at different things. Nas is my favorite rapper and Andre is my second favorite.
If you don't get the solo vs. group argument I don't know what to tell you. Nas holding down albums dolo, songs with up to three verses, with his artistic visions and concepts. Some nikkas can kill it in a group setting, that's where the other poster brought in the Jadakiss example, and there's plenty more examples of MC's who could do in a group setting but made underwhelming albums. Andre has not proved he could make a classic album solo, he has one album and it's an experimental funk album with some rapped verses that is either hated or loved by fans. Nas HAS proven it.Is this how you Nas stans defend your arguments? "im done..."? Really? You had absolutely nothing to debunk from his argument so you cowered away. Why the hell should Dre being in a group detract away from the verses he was spitting? Did Big Boi or other member of the Dungeon Family co-write his verses? Was he not spitting the same structured 16-bar verses as every other solo artists does? It's an absolutely nonsensical position to argue from if that's your main reason for claiming that Dre isn't better than Nas.
Outside of Nas' fan-base, who really feels like he's produced albums of the standard of which was expected of him after he dropped Illmatic? The guy has spent twenty years trying to "make another Illmatic". The proof is that after this year goes by, you will never get the Tribeca recruiting Nas to commemorate the twentieth anniversary of It Was Written, I Am..., Nastradamus, or any other album. Heck, this year marks the tenth anniversary of Street's Disciple and that shyt has gone by unnoticed. So how significant really are Nas' solo albums in justifying why he's a better rapper than Dre?
Nas isn't seeing Dre in the skills department, certainly not in the sales department, and most certainly not as a complete artist; so what really is Nas better than Dre at that makes him the better rapper?
I'm not even going to bother arguing with you Nas stans because then I'll be dealing with circular reasoning. How'd this topic go from justifying why Dre is better
Nas as a skilled emcee, to posting a "publication" that lists Dre ahead of Nas? If your criteria for judging who the best emcee is based on where they are ranked in most publications list then I can list plenty of rappers who are better than Nas. And most of these lists posted by magazines like Complex and The Source magazine aren't reflected of the magazine per say, but rather the view of the particular publisher of the article--which is just ONE person.

He's an infidel who talks shyt about the Prophet Nas (PBUH)
You should go ISIS on that unbeliever.
