The fact Bud still has a job is only due to the title run if they never made finals that season he's out of there.

Let Miami go on a 13-0 run with no timeouts. Refused to double Jimmy knowing he was controlling the Miami offense. They had the inside advantage against a smaller Miami team with Bam in foul trouble majority of first half.

Sometimes you gotta make changes early before things got outta hand. Rewatching this game, it seems like Bud was content with Jimmy scoring 50, 60 whatever. You're playing against the oldest team in the league. Why not play at a faster pace? Why not play Jevon Carter and Jae Crowder? Put them on Jimmy. Give Giannis a few cracks at Butler. Bucks got too much depth to lose this series.
