Anthony Edwards

I’ve been watching a lot of him the last few days and I feel he’s without a doubt the second best player in this draft and possibly the first(Lamelo is the best IMO) but does anyone else see Bradley Beal in Anthony Edwards? I swear it’s like I’m watching Bradley Beal when I’m watching his stuff.

Beal came into the league as a shooter first and he developed as an all around scorer as time went on (mostly when Wall got hurt).

Edwards is coming into the league as a scorer who can shoot. That's a big difference to me. He's also a bigger and stronger guard so I feel he'll be a better finisher, but the pure shooting touch wont really be there.

I think Edwards has a very high floor, I don't see him as a boom or bust player at all. I think at worst he's a consistent role player 15 PPG player. LaMelo's boom or bust is like, out of the league in 2024 or best PG in the league in 2024 ()

If he’s projecting to be a slightly better dipo I’d take number 1 no questions asked

My fault fellas I meant more so their movement and built and athletic ability. He moves jumps and plays like Beal to me

Sounds like Wiggins to me. Imensely talented, great athlete, dominated largely due to athleticism. Unclear how often he actually gives a shyt, can't really shoot but supposedly has a decent form. I'm forever off guys that don't seem to care all that much.

he'll never be the first or second best player on a title team. I can see him putting up numbers on a trash team like Beal and Lavine.
