How so?
Who you got being the best player out this draft?
Wiseman easily. He has all the tools that you look for in a modern big man. Ball is a wild card.

Sounds like Wiggins to me. Imensely talented, great athlete, dominated largely due to athleticism. Unclear how often he actually gives a shyt, can't really shoot but supposedly has a decent form. I'm forever off guys that don't seem to care all that much.
Idk I think Melo gonna be the real deal.Wiseman easily. He has all the tools that you look for in a modern big man. Ball is a wild card.
Being a slasher and a scorer is more his profile than being a pure shooter. As he gets used to the NBA game and the refs he will probably get to the line a lot during his career. If he reaches his ceiling he will be a 25 ppg scorer one day. His floor is being a scorer in the 15-18 ppg range possibly in a 6th man role. But i don't see him being a bust unless he just straight up ends up being the type who gets paid and doesn't want to work to be great.
The reality of the league is 99% of players are this guy or worse. And even the few players that aren't need to have that guy on their team if they really want to win. Let's just say LeBron, KD, Kawhi, and Steph are "those guys" (and the last 2 are arguable imo). There's 28 or so players that have max contracts in this league. So what's a team to do?The issue with guys like that at times aren't that they're 'busts', it's that they have to be paid and treated like superstars but aren't good enough at other elements of the game to win like one. I love KAT but right now he only affects the game by scoring (actually that's not quite true but still...). You end up with guys like Wiggins. Or even a better version of that guy like a DeRozan Beal or something who can score but don't really drive winning that much. They'd be great as a #2 behind a really great player or even just a good leader but you're not winning a title with them as your franchise guy but they're too good for you to let them go so teams end up kind of stuck for 7 years until they move on OR they get some real talent around them.
Actually I don't know why the hell I just wrote a paragraph acting like having a guy that can get buckets is a bad thing. I'm done
jrue without the defense, passing, or shooting isUnless he got better shooting from deep during quarantine he might be light jrue holliday without the defense and passing
