the anxiety and nervousness I wake up with is a purely physical nervousness to answer the posters questions about that, not really coming from stuff I'm worried about mentally and emotionally

Oh, and a word to the wise, do NOT mess with Xanax for anxiety. What some doctors don't tell you is it can affect your memory, not just short term memory...but permanently. Also you can build up a tolerance to it, and it can become addictive. I'm just saying that to look out for yall, since yall looked out for me in this thread
