its simple. remember that the only thing thats real is now. 99% of what we think about doesnt exist. past dont exist anymore. future doesnt exist yet. now. this moment. only thing real. pair that with the wisdom to really understand that what you cant control isnt worth spending energy on and you will never be anxious again.

the anxiety and nervousness I wake up with is a purely physical nervousness to answer the posters questions about that, not really coming from stuff I'm worried about mentally and emotionally

I've seen Magnesium mentioned a lot in this thread, what kind do yall recommend ?

I'm going to try the other suggestions in here too.

Oh, and a word to the wise, do NOT mess with Xanax for anxiety. What some doctors don't tell you is it can affect your memory, not just short term memory...but permanently. Also you can build up a tolerance to it, and it can become addictive. I'm just saying that to look out for yall, since yall looked out for me in this thread 😊

Thanks for all the positive info and support !!

I hope everyone on here who suffers from anxiety can overcome it !!
:salute:

This is why TheColi is my favorite site, I know there's a lot of heated arguments on here over trivial stuff, but positive vibes and posts is why I love the Coli.

May all my Coli brehs in this thread have a happy holidays and new year !

Peace, and thanks again for the help and support

Happy Holidays y'all. And yes, which magnesium is the most recommended? I believe one is more for aiding constipation and other ones may be better for other things.
Also, do you guys recommend powders or pills/tablets?

i'm using magnesium glycinate
this works the best for sleep and it's chelated which makes it more bioavailable. Magnesium citrate works better during the day but the glycinate feels "stronger"/more potent IMO.

Please get the capsules tho, the powder is DISGUSTING. Tastes like rotten fish left in a dumpster for a month and then powdered. I have to close my nose and wash it down with tropical yogurt drink to not gag on the shyt. It works tho

Next time you buy it are you getting the capsules or are you going with the powder again? I only ask because, even though you say the powder is nasty, some people swear by powder over capsules (as far as your body absorbing it better).

i generally prefer powder over capsules :yeshrug: you get a better deal that way and less chance of additives. Nootropics depot can be trused on their quality regardless of which one you choose

it's still the best quality magnesium overall for the price, IMO. the taste is wack but not unbearable.

Not me personally, but I do have this cousin who has anxiety.

It's a pain trying to reach her, I haven't spoken with her since last Saturday at our grandma's birthday. I've been texting her cell and hitting up her Facebook messenger (especially when's she's active) not every day but at 4 of the past 7 days with no response and I don't know if it's because of her anxiety making her feel overwhelmed and nervous to talk or it's because of everything she's got on her plate at the moment.

She's go to school (online) and has a four year old soon and a boyfriend (who I've never met and I don't know if she's ever told him about me), which they all live together in a very nice newly renovated fixer upper type house so maybe she's busy as told me before, hell last Friday she told me “we're not phone people” and I don't know what's that's supposed to mean cause I know for a fact a 28yr old girl uses her phone, I'm 27 and I use mine so idk.

I told her that I just like to know how she's doing, being fam and all I feel obligated to know about her wellbeing but I don't want to overwhelm her by pressuring her to talk to me, I ask her two sisters (my little cousins) how she's doing and they be like she's busy and such but ok, I told her we don't have to talk everyday but at least let me know how she's doing.
