Something has always stuck with me..
In high school me and my korean homie took weightroom for gym..I remember we couldn't bench 135..that was the standard..to lift those 45s..
2 weeks after started I was throwing it up.
I remember he told me and my homie that
"Man fukking black dudes get stronger fast"

Then At my last job me and a 55 yr old breh who lifts 5 days a week worked the truck lifting mad boxes..when the white dudes would do it they'd complain and always get injuries and shyt
Stop wasting that African blood and hit the gym
And yes I started lifting again and I'm feeling myself but the point remains
