I've kinda hit a plateau and just tryna see whats up to get that summertime definition going.
I've been looking up the Keto diet and it looks promising.
Just seeing if anyone in here has actually tried it and if they got good results from it.

Low Carb
Moderate protien diet.

already. It's only day 2 so if this continues I could see myself hitting my goals sooner than I thought. Giving up bread and sugar wasn't hard I barely ate fruit and drink diet drinks anyway. Only thing that I'm struggling with is keeping my protein down but I guess that's what butter and oil is for.
I hope this pays off.
