don't know what type of vegetarian you are (if you consume dairy or not), but for a departure from the standard mashed potato recipe you can do a cauliflower puree w with roasted garlic, heavy cream and butter (or sub out some kinda soy variation).

Lmao@ going ham on seafood...I baked and marinated a whole salmon 2 years ago..I seasoned it with course black pepper sea salt and a ginger sesame marinade I created similar to the dipping sauce for the fire cracker salmon rolls at cheesecake factory..even the fish haters loved it lol
Is this something you bought or made yourself?

I suck at making salmon (cant seem to season it right) so I just grill it or pan sear with out seasoning.... Im a seafood lover so I can eat it w/o seasoning![]()
Just saw this article on NPR. Looks pretty delicious to me! And it's vegetarian...The Veggieducken: A Meatless Dish With Gravitas
that is very interesting looking...it almost looks like a hoagie lol ...but I would need to know how to cut that recipe in half because if I am the only one eating it so I do not want all that food to go to waste...
