Its true, all this "mature, realistic" shyt took out the imagination and the fun out of games. Just because the average gamer is 32 years old doesn't mean that 90% of the profitable games must be the stereotypical GTA/ COD/GoW/ Halo nonsense that took over this gen. The likes of Mario and Sonic (yes, he is making good games again) are the first, and last, platformers in the market that people recognize. We need games that challenge our imagination and our minds, mainly single player. Less guns, more creativity.
What new Sonic games are you talking about breh? I think I need them in my life.

and I love the old school shyt just as much as the next guy. I got the emulators poppin' off too. But cotdamn stop it. ya'll really gonna try and say that this generation ain't been poppin'. There's damn near a nice release every other week. Even Xbox live arcade has some simpler arcade games that are easy to pick up and play.

It's too much now I just wanna dumb out and have fun

You just had to start from scratch every time and you WANTED to see the next level or beat the game. It was like a mission in its self. you were always working toward something. Some of us tried that leave the system on while im at school/church trick but when we got caught
