Might wanna try sprinkling powered cayenne pepper all over your yard or mixing it with the water hose. They get a whiff of that and they might not come back. I know it works for dogs that keep sniffing around and shytting everywhere.

If that don't work, you may as well see if you can claim them on your taxes since you feeding them and providing a sanctuary.
