I'm back to drinking but yes I went full keto and stopped drinking. Lost like 20-25 lbs without really exercising, though I think that was more to do with my diet than drinking

I went to a doctors visit and got my blood work done and saw the issues I was having with my liver, and stopped drinking immediately.
