It got even better. More variety in the vegetables I cook. As usual, no sodas etc... Cut off the occasionnal sweets.

When they shut down the building, my co worker gave me few grams of green as a joke and told me to enjoy while we worked from home. I have tried weed before in the past and hated that sh1t but this sh1t is :banderas:...
most people are very unproductive on weed. don't be the couch locked stoner. stay productive.

I'm eating healthy because I cook basically breakfast to dinner.

this ain't the time to be slacking on your diet b. some of y'all playing. give your body a fighting chance.

I've actually lost weight just by cutting out the little fast food snacks that I would get like every other day and eating mostly food at home. :ehh: Can't go to the gym, so it is back to basics and it's been looking good so far. :pachaha:

I eye the ingredients and I use this size bottles of seasoning so when I say cap full I mean this bottle's cap size.

4 chicken leg quarters

1 cap full onion powder
1 cap full garlic powder
1 cap full Lawry's
1/2 cap ground black pepper
1/2 cap full paprika
1/2 cap full crushed Allspice (balls)
2 scotch bonet pepper coarsely chopped
1/3 cup vegetable oil or oil
1 tablespoon of jerk seasoning (click)

Prepare chicken or pork by washing with white vinegar or lime or lemon juice. Pat dry the meat:dame:
In a big bowl put the meat and stab it with a knife then pour all ingredients into the bowl and rub in into the meat thoroughly. Take the meat and scrap the contents of the bowl into a plastic bag(ziplock, baking bag etc) and seal tight (no air) put that bag into a plastic shopping bag and refrigerate overnight (24hrs).

Grill:
Charcoal
Oil the grill with vegetable oil

yes, during regular work days I'll just send my co-worker to get me a veggie tray from wal-mart for lunch, but now I'm eating more wings, and chicken. Drinking more water and trying to squeeze salad in there is not working.

I hope I don't gain the weight I just lost:francis:

  • Haven't eaten as much fast food as I normally would.
  • Haven't eaten Chinese food since January. Don't plan on picking it up when this is over.

I'm eating way more meat. I let all my vegan frankenfoods go. The gluten free bread was run threw so I've switched over to tostadas and tortillas. make sure I'm getting 500% rda vitamin c, kiwi and red bell pepper.
And I keep hitting the dollar tree 1cent discount Valentine's candy, I'm going to stop that tho.
