I agree with Healthcare. But as far as college goes, prices should be more reasonable. But anything that’s free, automatically looses its value.

how does free education lose its value

That’s not true?are you equating the availability of education with the ability of individuals to complete that education?![]()
She just talks too much about every single thing. I think I got turned off when after Cuomo and De Blasio cut 1 billion off the NYPD budget, she came through talking bout “Defund the police means defund the police”. I was likeIt sounds like your objection could just be summarized as, "She should stop advocating so much for things she believes in."
Do you have an issue with her policies or just the fact that she advocates for her policies? Do you think Biden/Clinton-type centrism has been good to Black folk?
It’s a very slippery slope, and I’m not smart enough to know or come up with the solution. But it’s a problem that needs an answer. I’ve never lived in a world where cable news couldn’t just spin as much as their heart desires. Don’t know what it’d look like.
The knowledge doesn’t lose its value. The degree does. Either way it’s not a hill I’m eager to die on. I just think free healthcare is a bigger priority and more beneficial to society.

Don't know why you jumped to this conclusion, but both right and left have suggested that Section 230 needs a repeal or at least a rewrite, it's done much more harm than good. I have no clue why you think that social media companies are "left liberal" leaning at all, they appear quite firmly corporate centrist. Exposes who you've been listening to.
Healthcare is much less attainable though, even Biden supports student loan forgiveness to an extent. The knowledge doesn’t lose its value. The degree does. Either way it’s not a hill I’m eager to die on. I just think free healthcare is a bigger priority and more beneficial to society.

So I was right right, you're upset that she advocates for her priorities too much. She just talks too much about every single thing. I think I got turned off when after Cuomo and De Blasio cut 1 billion off the NYPD budget, she came through talking bout “Defund the police means defund the police”. I was likewhat do you want?
So they were just going to pay the same police officers out of other departments and claim reduced overtime spending that they wouldn't actually follow through on, weren't going to reduce police presence, and you ate that shyt and said, "Great job NYPD!"Though the plan proposed by New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio (D) cuts one-sixth of the New York Police Department (NYPD) budget, activists note that much of it would be transferred to other city departments, including the Department of Education, where it could pay for police in schools. Activists have advocated for removing officers from schools altogether.
“Defunding police means defunding police,” the congresswoman said in a statement. “It does not mean budget tricks or funny math. It does not mean moving school police officers from the NYPD budget to the Department of Education’s budget so the exact same police remain in schools.”
Anthonine Pierre, a spokesperson for Communities United for Police Reform, said in a local TV interview that de Blasio is "doing funny math and playing the PR games he always plays" in the proposal.
"It seems like the mayor is trying to use the talking points of defunding the police without actually meeting the demands," Pierre said.
Ocasio-Cortez said that cutting the police budget is not effective if it does not result in the reduced presence of law enforcement.
“It does not mean counting overtime cuts as cuts, even as NYPD ignores every attempt by City Council to curb overtime spending and overspends on overtime anyways,” Ocasio-Cortez said. “If these reports are accurate, then these proposed ‘cuts’ to the NYPD budget are a disingenuous illusion. This is not a victory. The fight to defund policing continues.”
Progressives have done far more for Black folk than any other non-Black folk have. Teach yourself some history. Look at the post-Civil War radicals that forced through the 13th-15th amendments and protected former slaves during Reconstruction or look at the RFK campaign and what his position in the Black community was. MLK Jr. attacked moderate whites and not progressive whites for a reason - because 1/3 of the people participating in the CRM were white, and damn near all of them were progressive. Virtually every non-Black person who supports reparations is progressive. Also, this progressive vs centrist argument is stupid. Neither one has done much for black folks.
I mean, at least wipe it off your chin before speaking, leaving the stuff dripping there is gross and unseemly.Section 230 repeal was literally the only thing standing between $2000 stimulus checks. What did the Democrats say?
Nope.
If you think that the billionaires who run Big Tech are far-left liberals you're a fukking idiot. You seriously believe Mark Zuckerburg of all people is conscious and leftist? They care about their money and business more than any other political position, therefore they support pro-corporate positions like all good centrists. And they are not “corporate centrist” whatever that means. Shutting down 70,000 accounts connected to conservative users is not “corporate centrist”
