Used to live in a apartment and loved it. The community life is great and something that you'd rarely get when living in a house.

Knowing everybody in the neighbourhood, being greeted at the lifts, community parties, chilling with your homies just outside your tower on a nice summer day

That's something you only get from apartment life.

1st apartment. There was a hold near the windows and when my upstairs neighbor smoked weed it came out the whole and now my shyt smell like weed


him and his lady was big. Constantly hear him snappin on her ass


Heard them fukkin on they bed

in the winter the cold would seep through where the ac was in the window



in the summer the ac would be cold on select days

Lady across from us ex boyfriend was driving this loud ass chevy truck up n down the fukkin alley at like 2 am


Next door neighbor moved in and was selling drugs


Played the same ass two songs every night late as fukk

doing construction work on his apartment late as fukk

people pullin up in the alley blocking the shyt so i cant eem pull in


People pullin up blammin loud ass music


Drug addicts pulled up on me in a loud ass truck thinkin im the dude next door and stepping to me until he saw i had my gun on me



one day im outside in the summer getting the mail, this black old honda civic pulls up and two mexicans hop out and kick in this dudes door, kidnapped homie and stuffed him in the back of that thing while his girl was screaming her head off and pulled off. Everybody who saw/ heard that shyt was like . I slept peacefully for a week until he showed up again .


I almost upped the blammer on two pits cuz the owner just let em loose

Houses must be cheap where you are

Rent is fairly cheap in Michigan. I'm in Lansing and my rent is like $700. Used to be cheaper than that.

I'm about ready to move though, been looking and some townhomes and condos, but prices right now are

• noise from the people above you.
  
• noise from the kids playing outside.
  
• random neighbor fights you can hear from a mile away.
  
• dog shyt people just leave instead of picking up.
  
• community washrooms somebody is constantly in taking up all the machines.
  
• coming home after work and all your usual spaces are gone.
  
• people parking crooked in spaces to block you from parking next to them.
  
• mystery scratches on your car you swear weren't there last time you saw it.
  
• one time somebody hit my car (its totaled now) and pulled off.
  
• snitch ass neighbors that can't mind their own business.
  
• motherfukkers coming in your shyt twice a year for inspections / to change the filters

honestly owning a house is its own set of problems but now that i've got my money right i'm considering it. i'd hate having to shovel snow and cut grass and the constant maintenance that goes into home ownership but at least it would be my own space.

Pay contractors 500-1k a szn for snow removal and landscaping TF hope u got a cribbo n kids now Op
