My building is pretty chill. Nice mix of young professionals and a few young families. Brick walls for the noises etc.

But the rent in NOthern Virginia is

just happened, then i realize someone, somewhere in the complex is watching Avengers.
got reserved parking. Me n my roommate got a spot. But rent is high as fukk. Idk where ya paying 600 for a one bedroom but here in the bay area. A nice one bedroom not going for less than 1100.
...basement (unfinished) but ill prob make it my "gym"...living room, kitchen, washer/dryer in the place...2 bedrooms upstairs...in a nice little neighborhood
this summer
I stay in the suburbs of one of the worst cities in the country (Flint Michigan) in one of the most racist segergated counties in the country. Rent here is dirt cheap. Hell a 30 year fixed payment on a mortgage might be cheaper than my rent.![]()
My Sh!t is like $1,100 bucks
or maybe i need a better apartment.
- noise from the people above you.
- noise from the kids playing outside.
- random neighbor fights you can hear from a mile away.
- dog shyt people just leave instead of picking up.
- community washrooms somebody is constantly in taking up all the machines.
- coming home after work and all your usual spaces are gone.
- people parking crooked in spaces to block you from parking next to them.
- mystery scratches on your car you swear weren't there last time you saw it.
- one time somebody hit my car (its totaled now) and pulled off.
- snitch ass neighbors that can't mind their own business.
- motherfukkers coming in your shyt twice a year for inspections / to change the filters
honestly owning a house is its own set of problems but now that i've got my money right i'm considering it. i'd hate having to shovel snow and cut grass and the constant maintenance that goes into home ownership but at least it would be my own space.
Nice fitness center , game room , pool and beach volleyball court . shyt even got a tanning booth
Maintenance crew is a lot better now and they opened a Target across the street. Noise isn't that bad especially for being a college apartment and I live facing the street.
